Presentations & Workshops
As a result of our experience crafting economic development and revitalization strategies in difficult markets, we have been asked to participate in various conferences and conduct workshops for economic and community development professionals. Over the past few years, we have worked in a variety of venues around the country, including the National Main Street's Annual Conference and the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Annual Conference. In addition, we have also conducted workshops and participated in statewide Main Street conferences in Michigan, New Jersey and Indiana.

Fox Creek Properties
Fox Creek Properties is a real estate management company with rental residential property holdings in the Creekside/Jefferson-Chalmers Community, located on Detroit’s eastside. FCP manages thirteen (13) buildings containing just over twenty (20) units with a mix of flats, single-family homes, and a four-unit apartment building.
