Corktown Historic Home Renovation One of our most extensive projects, this complete house restoration included removing faux brick siding and restoring the clapboard, a new roof and new thermal wood windows throughout, the replacement of one basement wall and the introduction of air conditioning. Inside, a 1960's metal cabinet kitchen was installed and second floor rooms were reconfigured to a new Master Suite and laundry room. Custom oak trim was milled and finished on site, and all the hardwood flooring was sanded and refinished. |
