We typically assist in the formulation of innovative public policy, support planning and implementation of new program initiatives and capital improvement projects. Juergensen & Associates (J&A) brings more than one hundred sixty (160) years of combined experience to each project. Our experience as project managers has conditioned us to work within tight timetables and rigid economic constraints. We view our role as a facilitator in accomplishing desired outcomes and achieving maximum results for each of our clients, therefore, we educate ourselves to understand the specifics of a client's organizational dynamics and apply our expertise to identify the most effective implementation procedures. Our team includes professionals with specific areas of real estate development expertise who have a demonstrated track record of effectiveness with a diverse set of stakeholders. Our clients take advantage of our thorough knowledge and understanding of the real estate development process including construction codes, building regulations and complex financing mechanisms. Juergensen & Associates is an approved Technical Assistance Contractor with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for work with Public Housing Authorities.
